Payment Policy There are 3 methods available to payment for your ticket.

1 ) Credit Card Payment For Passenger who live in Bangkok (American Express, Visa Card, Master Card are accepted) All credit card type have 3 % charge form total cost . Our representative will meet you to make credit card payment process.



2 ) Credit Card Payment For Passenger who live outside Bangkok
- American is accepted With 3 % charge Pay by filled in our credit card payment form via Fax. (We will sent credit card payment form to you when you want to make payment.)

- Visa and Master Card accept( for Paypal member only ) via secured payment webpage with 5% charge . We will send paypal payment url (link to payment page) when you want to make payment. or Send money to our email : ticket@flyingbkk.com (email for paypal account)

Payment will be done in USD convert from Thai Baht by Paypal conversion rate.
All Types of Credit Card Payment above Card Holder must be one of passenger in each transaction only .

3 ) Bank Transfer Payment Pay via our Company Bank Account :

4 ) Cash Accept to pay in person (to our representative) upon delivery ticket .

All Ticket will be issued and sent when payment completed only except customer in Bangkok who would like to pay in CASH or Credit Card ticket will be issue same day of payment.

Ticket Delivery

1) E-Ticket All airlines that eligible for E-ticket will be sent via Email or Fax. Except passenger in Bangkok who would like to payment by Credit Card or Cash, E-Ticket will be sent in person upon payment process.

2) Paper Ticket (only for airlines who have no E-ticket service for example China Eastern Airlines or MalaysiaAirliens travel to Malaysia etc.... or some of Around the World Ticket only)

- Free Delivery for Passenger in Bangkok Area, Nonthaburi will be sent at Free. (must be advised one day before and not include SUNDAY)

- Free Delivery for Passenger out side Bangkok in Thailand Ticket will be sent by Express Mail Services (EMS) 1 or 2 days operating days (not include SAT , SUN)

- Delivery fee THB. 500 For Passenger who want to pick up ticket at New Suvarnnabumi International Airport please advise one day in advance our messenger will meet you at check in row mobile phone number of the messenger will be advised.

- Passenger Outside Thailand Ticket will be sent by DHL or Fedex and pay service fee upon DHL or Fedex service rate.

Ticket will be delivered when payment completed only except customer in Bangkok who would like to pay in CASH or Credit Card Ticket will be sent upon payment at meeting point

Refund and Cancellation Policy

After Ticket be issued and sent- Sameday Cancellation Allowed at THB 300 fee or charge.

For Refundable Ticket (please check from fare & ticket condition before purchase some of special fare or promotional fare can not be refunded.)
- Unused Ticket refund will be process about 60 days
- Partial Used Ticket will be process within 90 days

Refund will be deduct with cancellation fee of each airline plus our cancellation fee THB 1.000.
(Normally refund fee for unused ticket is THB 2,000 for Around the world ticket is USD.150 etc... please check refund fee of air fare before issue ticket.)
